APPOINTMENTS/ BOOKING:

Late Arrivals:
To ensure the promptness of all reservations we reserve the right to cancel any reservation that is 20 minutes late. Up to 20 minutes late will incur a late fee of $15. We will always do our best to accommodate our guests however, we can only do what we can with the time available.

Cancellations:
Your appointments are very important to the Suite Artistry team; each appointment is reserved especially for you. At Suite Artistry we understand that circumstances may change and booking amendments may be necessary, therefore we respectfully request 24 hours notice for cancellations.
Strict 24 hour cancellation policy
Please understand that when you forget to cancel your appointment within the 24 hour cancellation time we miss the opportunity to fill that time, therefore customers awaiting appointments miss the opportunity to receive our services. A 48 hour appointment reminder is sent via text message as we understand that appointments may have been made in advance.
Less than 24 hours notice will result in a 25% charge of services booked.
“No Shows” will be charged at 100% of the reserved service amount.

Payment:
Suite Artistry Accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express and cash for payment of services and products. We do not accept checks of any form for payment.

Returns/Refunds
Due to the artistic nature of what we do, we cannot offer refunds on services performed. However, if dissatisfaction is brought to the salon’s attention within 24 hrs of receiving service we will make necessary adjustments to ensure client satisfaction.



Please do not bring children or extra guests to your appointment due to limited seating and COVID restrictions.

 

 

SHIPPING:

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All orders over $100 will receive free shipping.

 

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

We will accept exchanges within 7 business days upon receipt of goods, only if found that SUITE ARTISTRY is at fault for the dissatisfaction of the product(s). For sale items we must be contacted within 24 hours of receiving your items to discuss possible exchange. *Example: If an order is placed for a specific item and we mistakenly ship the wrong item, Suite Artistry LLLP. will honor an exchange at no additional cost for products of equal value.* We WILL NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn.

Hair, cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in anyway. If our company decides to accept your return, we will notify you and YOU are responsible for the shipping and shipping MUST have a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed. We REQUIRE a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. We ARE NOT responsible if you return an item without a tracking number and it is misplaced.

Please allow 3-5 days processing for returns. We pride ourselves on customer service and will do our best to rectify each issue/complaint. We ask that all customers are confident in their order prior to making a purchase.
