Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days after receiving your order confirmation email. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates and Delivery

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We ship to all 50 U.S. states.

Processing Times

Please allow 1 to 3 business days for order processing before shipment. During high-volume periods, processing may take up to 5 business days. You will be notified if there is any delay with your order.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24 to 48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your confirmation.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will work with you to make it right. For packages marked as delivered but not received, please check with neighbors and your local carrier before reaching out, as delays in carrier updates do occur.
