All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

All orders over $100 will receive free shipping.

RETURNS & REFUNDS:

ALL SALES ARE FINAL due to the nature of goods being sold.
We do accept exchanges within 7 business days upon receipt of goods, only if found that Suite Artistry is subsequently at fault for the dissatisfaction of the product(s). For sale items we must be contacted within 24 hours of receiving your items to discuss possible exchange.* Example: If an order is placed for a specific item and we mistakenly ship the wrong item, Suite Artistry LLLP. will honor an exchange at no additional cost for products of equal value.*  We WILL NOT allow an exchange if the item has ANY signs of being worn.
Hair, cannot be brushed, combed, cut, taken out of the bundle and tried on, or processed in anyway. If our company decides to accept your return, we will notify you. You MUST provide a tracking number that needs to be emailed to us for your return to be processed. We require a tracking number for returns to protect both the buyer and our business. If you return an item without a tracking number and it goes missing, we will not assume responsibility.
Please allow 3-5 days processing for returns. We pride ourselves on customer service and will do our best to rectify each issue/complaint. We ask that all customers are confident in their order prior to making a purchase.

*GENERAL

Always use Non-Sulfate
Shampoo and Conditioner products on your extensions.Deep Condition your bundles twice a month for at least one hour with a good quality conditioner. The deeper the conditioning the better.When washing your bundles always use lukewarm water for retaining of moisture and nutrients in your bundles.

Important consideration

Please know that the more coarse the hair is the more it will react to the elements (weather). If you do not like poofy, frizzy, natural looking coarse hair, you should not purchase a very coarse texture. Most women who like this texture, purchase it because they are natural (unrelaxed), and want a hair type that will compliment and react similarly to how their natural hair reacts to the elements (heat,
humidity, rain, etc.)

Curly texture daily care

Mix a good Leave In-Conditioner with water in a spray bottle.Spray onto bundles (make sure you comb through your extensions with a wide tooth comb beginning at the ends and working your way to your scalp).Shape the hair by scrunching it up and twirling pieces around a finger.Let hair air-dry then style your hair as desired.DO NOT comb after it is dry otherwise it will tangle and mat.Part hair into sections and twist at night before applying silk scarf/bonnet.Avoid using brushes, narrow-toothed combs and touching your hair as much as possible after it has been set.
